Prerequisites before bondage initiation

There are no specific prerequisites before starting an introduction to Shibari. This theoretical part is for anyone wishing to explore a new facet of their personality and discover the pleasure of restraint, whether they are the one tying or being tied.
From a practical standpoint, learning bondage simply requires comfortable, flexible clothing . It's particularly important to avoid garments with boning or other structures that could cause injury during practice.
Therefore, there are no real prerequisites other than a desire to discover and explore oneself through shibari.
Who is the shibari ?
The introduction to bondage is open to everyone. Anyone wishing to discover the pleasure of kinbaku is welcome. Shibari is practiced in pairs; a single person cannot participate in the course. It is necessary to be in a pair to attend a shibari introductory session.
The key is to be motivated and willing to discover something new in a comfortable and safe environment.
The equipment needed for an introduction to shibari
Initiating the practice of bondage, in addition to appropriate attire, naturally requires ropes. Two 8-meter-long jute ropes with a 6mm diameter are needed. Having the right ropes is essential for safe shibari practice . The size and diameter are very important to ensure good strength and ease of use.
For novices participating in an introductory course, ropes can be loaned or sold on site to allow them to start practicing with peace of mind.
