Getting started with BDSM

BDSM Introductory Course : This first course allows us to clarify each person's desires, limits, and beliefs . This is essential for finding common ground between partners. I also cover:
- BDSM safety rules
- The psychological and emotional dimension of BDSM in general and within couples
- The basic principles for integrating it smoothly and collaboratively
- Answers to your most personal questions, a space for information and listening
- Games that are easy to set up and tailored to your preferences
Prerequisites: None (this course can be taken without a partner)

BDSM Techniques Course: The basic techniques of BDSM practices according to your desires (spanking, flogging, whipping, candles, obedience, service…)
- Communicating within the couple during D/s or SM play
- The ideal steps for a successful BDSM session
- Safety related to each of the practices learned in class
- Establish protocols and D/s games for couples who prefer a more cerebral approach than BDSM
- These tips will help you get the equipment and accessories you need
Prerequisite: completion of the introductory course (some classes can be taken without a partner)
Duration: 2 hours / €200
Private sessions to explore BDSM practices in a safe environment
Introductory Session: Gently discover the restraint of rope bondage. No BDSM or erotic play; the power exchange is very moderate.
This session is for you if you are exploring your desires, if you don't wish to delve too deeply into eroticism and pain, or if you prefer a photoshoot rather than an immersive session.
Details: 1 hour / €250
ITAI Session: With or without ropes, discover the pleasures of BDSM play (from light to intense, depending on your preferences). The focus is on the eroticization of pain.
This session is for you if you are exploring or comfortable with your pleasure/pain relationship.
Pricing: 1 hour/€250 or 1.5 hours/€350
Spanking Session: ( Direct immersion if you wish) Explore the pleasure of confessing and being punished or rewarded by your mentor. A brain game centered on discipline and education (spanking, standing on the corner, cane, riding crop, lines to copy, etc.).
This session is for you if you feel the need for structure and guidance during play (or if you have a real life goal) and if you enjoy the idea of being scolded and punished.
